Who Am I?

I am a redeemed child of God and a follower of Jesus Christ. My number one goal is to love the Lord with ALL my heart, soul, mind, and strength.  Because of that love, I am constrained to share the love of Christ wherever God calls. My heart is especially for children, but I serve wherever, whatever, whenever; -forever for my King.

God has seen fit to send me through the fire. It has not been easy, but it has been worth it. God is SO faithful! He wanted me to see that for myself. Now it is quite a joy to share the Truth that God showed me with others, and watch them find freedom in Him.

I grew up in the country and attended/served in a small Baptist church in eastern Montana. It was my lifelong dream to work with orphans in Mexico, and I have made trips there and other places. Eventually, God shut the door to Mexico for me, and I wondered... until I met my husband, Michael. I am now married to a wonderful man whom God has called to plant churches in the country of (undisclosed) and God has blessed us with four children. We arrived in here in May of 2017 and are currently learning and growing in our knowledge and love for the people here.

Please feel free to browse the blog and see specifically what God is doing. He is very real and very active in the world! If you have a question or comment, please leave comment on any of the posts, or drop me an email barbarajsutton@gmail.com.  I would love to hear from you!

This is a wonderful site Barbara. It's helpful to see and hear about the way God is working in your lives there in Georgia. The pictures are good for those of us who are visual learners. It always helps me to pray more fervently when I have a photo in my mind.
