What do you do when your prayers seem unanswered?
You've prayed for years, but nothing is changing...
Your faith stretches thin- you think, "God has forgotten..."
You want to step in or give up or DO something!
God promised a son to a man named Abram.
Yet, ten years passed and no son was given.
His wife Sarai said, "I've got a new plan:
God's forgotten us- Here, take that woman."
Abram and Sarai, they plotted an answer.
And it worked, it seemed; but problems came after.
For when we try to do God's job in our wisdom,
We unlock disastrous results in that matter.
-But though the answer was long in coming,
Abram's son came, as God promised him!
For God delights to show His power,
The impossible isn't t0o hard for Him!
So when you're prayer's answer seems delayed,
When you feel God's forgotten, then, please:
Remember that God may be staying His hand,
To show you He CAN, and can with ease!
Keep waiting. Keep praying. Keep close to Him.
Keep faith in the Lord: don't lose heart.
God is still God who controls everything.
He's got a plan- He did from the start!
