Practicing the Focus

While in Taijhong, I got to practice the manual focus on my camera. It takes a little bit to understand how to work it when the lens is built in the camera. Thanks to the principal of the elementary school giving me permission, I got to practice on some beautiful landscape. Working the focus on my camera reminded me how easy it is to "get out of focus" in my Christian life. It is easy to leave a "blurry" picture of Christ when I act to quickly, give an inaccurate or irritating picture when I focus on the wrong thing, or accept my "close enough" relationship with Christ instead of only shooting for the best.

The perfect weather allowed for the clear reflection on the water.

My personal favorite.

A friend asked me to photograph the yellow flower, so, here it is.

Abstract shots are more difficult for me.

That's as close as this camera likes to get.
