As most of you know, I am in MN right now, being a companion for my great grandmother. It is great getting spend extra time with my Lord, family, and friends. While I'm staying here, I have gotten to meet the sweet kids next door. They come over quite frequently to ask if I can "play" with them. We were coloring the sidewalk with chalk one day when, after a few questions, one of the girls told me she had never heard the story of Jesus.I can't even imagine! The neat thing is, the Lord had chalk right there and available, so I did a "chalk-talk" with her. Since then, she has asked some questions, and though she is not really interested, her curiosity keeps her coming back. We've played games, done crafts, looked at pictures, eaten snacks together, and all kinds of things. I love my "little friends"!
