Today I got the joy of teaching Junior church. What fun, and yet, what a responsibility! These boys need activity, but they very much need God's love. They responded well to a new teacher, though time will tell. And, they surprised me with how quickly they caught on to the rules. Today, as we talked about One God, One Way to Heaven, they told me almost the whole redemption story all by themselves. Truly, our God cares for little children! As we learned a verse, read the story of God's Ark in Dagon's House, sang songs, and even played a short game of balloon soccer, the boys seemed to have such eager hearts for learning.
